About
Our Mission
We specialize in early intervention applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children. Our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) get to know your child and family, and then develop customized ABA programs incorporating proven techniques into your child's routine.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays to improve communication, daily living skills, and overall quality of life using timely, effective, and evidence-based procedures.
Our Approach
We utilize evidence-based practices (EBPs) to create individualized, person-centered treatment programs based on the science of behavior analysis. All clinical services make use of written treatment plans based on formal assessments and with objectively defined, developmentally appropriate, and socially significant goals, as well as ongoing data collection and progress review by qualified clinicians and shared with all stakeholders.
Our Values
Compassion: We approach every client with empathy, understanding, and kindness, recognizing that each family’s journey is unique. We treat our clients and team members with the utmost respect, dignity, and care. We do not utilize procedures that cause undue emotional or psychological stress to any person – client, team member, or family member – involved in the delivery of our services.
Excellence: We are committed to delivering the highest standard of ABA services, rooted in evidence-based practices, and driven by continuous improvement. Our dedication to excellence guides us in shaping effective, personalized, and goal-oriented treatment plans.
Collaboration: We believe in the power and necessity of teamwork. Collaboration between our experienced and passionate ABA professionals, families, and other providers involved in a child’s development is central to our success.
Innovation: We embrace innovation and creativity to tailor our interventions to meet the unique needs and strengths of each child we serve. We endeavor to stay at the forefront of ABA research and technology, continually evolving our practices for the benefit of those we serve.
Family-Centered: We recognize the critical role of families in a child’s growth and progress. We actively involve and support families throughout the intervention process, working together as partners in achieving shared goals.
